Hi.
My yoga journey began in 2017 during a five-week retreat in Thailand — a time when I discovered the deep calm, inner strength, and clarity that yoga can awaken. This experience opened a path that has continued to unfold ever since, gently deepened through my yoga teacher training and ongoing practice.
In our retreats, I share this journey with you through nurturing, gentle sessions that invite release and softness, as well as grounding, strengthening practices that cultivate resilience, flexibility, and renewed vitality. Together, we create a spacious and supportive atmosphere where you feel held, inspired, and empowered — ready to move forward with openness, ease, and quiet confidence.
